Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a score of 90.6, which is much better than Galaxy Note 4's score of 81.6. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 construction is much newer and incredibly thinner, but also a lot heavier than Galaxy Note 4. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, so it counts with some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory.
