The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 4, with a score of 90.6 against 88.3. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3's construction is notably thinner but incredibly heavier than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, and they were only released 3 months apart.
