HTC Hero S is a little bit better than the Samsung Omnia M, having a 55.8 score against 55.1. HTC Hero S has Android 2.3 OS, and Samsung Omnia M comes with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, we must tell that it is also somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier.
HTC Hero S counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Omnia M, and although they both have a same size screen, the HTC Hero S also has a quite better 960 x 540px resolution and a quite better number of pixels in each display inch. The HTC Hero S has a better memory for apps and games than Samsung Omnia M, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 32 GB.
The HTC Hero S features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Omnia M, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have a Single-Core processing unit, the HTC Hero S also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Omnia M and HTC Hero S have incredibly similar battery durations, although the HTC Hero S also has a 1 percent greater battery capacity.
HTC Hero S counts with a much better camera than Samsung Omnia M, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the HTC Hero S also has a lot higher 1280x720 video quality.
The HTC Hero S is not only the best phones in this comparison, but it's also cheaper than the Samsung Omnia M.
