Sony Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is much better than Apple iPhone 6s's 83 overall score. Sony Xperia 1 III's body is notably newer than Apple iPhone 6s's, although it is extremely heavier and somewhat thicker. The Sony Xperia 1 III has Android 11 OS, while Apple iPhone 6s counts with iOS 9.x OS.
The Xperia 1 III has a little bit better looking display than iPhone 6s, because it has a really bigger screen, a much higher screen density and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution. Xperia 1 III has a superior memory for apps and games than Apple iPhone 6s, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB and more internal memory.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get iPhone 6s, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
