Xperia 1 III is much better than LG Stylo 6, with a 93.3 score against 76.7. The Xperia 1 III is a newer phone, and it is also just a little thinner and lighter than LG Stylo 6. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 III has the newer 11 version while LG Stylo 6 has Android 10 version, so it gives you some additional features.
The Xperia 1 III counts with a brighter display than LG Stylo 6, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better display density and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. Sony Xperia 1 III features a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than LG Stylo 6, because although it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Xperia 1 III counts with just a little better hardware performance than LG Stylo 6, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM. Sony Xperia 1 III has a much better camera than LG Stylo 6, because although it has a worse resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor, a bigger aperture and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Stylo 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Stylo 6. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Xperia 1 III, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the LG Stylo 6, resigning some specifications.
