Sony Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is just a bit better than Motorola razr (2020)'s score of 87. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding OS features. The Sony Xperia 1 III body is newer and just a little bit lighter than Motorola razr (2020)'s, although it is just a bit thicker.
