Comparison review
The Xperia 1 VI is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, with an 83.2 score against 78.9. These phones include Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 VI has newer 14 version while Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11. Xperia 1 VI's construction is lighter and extremely thinner than the Google Pixel 3a XL.
The Google Pixel 3a XL features an extremely better processor than Xperia 1 VI, although it has 8 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Sony Xperia 1 VI features a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a much better pixel density, a bigger screen and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
Sony Xperia 1 VI counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xperia 1 VI counts with longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 35 percent larger battery size.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI counts with a very superior camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Sony Xperia 1 VI also counts with a lot better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera, higher 120 frames per second video frame rate and a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
