The Xperia 1 VI is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A30s, getting a score of 83.2 against 79.8. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 VI has newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy A30s has Android 11. Xperia 1 VI's body is way thinner and much lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A30s.
Galaxy A30s counts with a much more powerful CPU than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Sony Xperia 1 VI has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because it has a lot better 1644 x 3840 resolution, much more pixels per inch in the screen and a little bit bigger screen.
The Xperia 1 VI has a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy A30s, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The Xperia 1 VI captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low light captures and video, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video definition and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
Xperia 1 VI counts with longer battery life than Galaxy A30s, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
