Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has a global score of 90.5, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 5s's global score of 84.9. Even when Xperia 5 III and the Asus ROG Phone 5s were only released with a couple months difference, Xperia 5 III is lighter and somewhat thinner. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 5 III has 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 5s has Android 12 version.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a bit more powerful CPU than Xperia 5 III. They have 8 CPU cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone 5s has a little bit better display than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a quite lower number of pixels per display inch and a little bit worse 1080 x 2448 resolution, it also counts with a little bit larger display.
Sony Xperia 5 III features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5s, because it has 128 GB more internal storage and an external memory slot that admits up to 1 TB. The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a better camera than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, and they both have a same size sensor, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video resolution and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.
