Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has an overall score of 90.5, which is better than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's 81.2 score. Even though the Xperia 5 III is older than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, it's body is extremely thinner and a lot lighter. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 5 III has the previous 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has Android 13.
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a bit more vivid screen than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and a quite worse display pixel density. The Xperia 5 III features a slightly bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, because although it has only 256 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB.
Sony Xperia 5 III features a very superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has better battery life than Xperia 5 III, because it has a 33% more battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate takes clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 5 III, because it has a back camera with much more mega-pixels, a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way better video definition.
