Comparison review

Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto G100's score of 88.9. Although the Xperia 5 III and the Motorola Moto G100 were released only a couple months apart, the Xperia 5 III is somewhat thinner and lighter. These devices include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should provide all the same OS features.

The Motorola Moto G100 has a bit better processing unit than Xperia 5 III. Both have 8 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. Xperia 5 III counts with a little more vivid screen than Moto G100, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2520px resolution, the Xperia 5 III also counts with a just a little better pixel count per screen inch.

Moto G100 takes much better videos and photos than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing lower quality videos and photos, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Moto G100 also counts with a back camera with a way better resolution and a much higher video definition.

The Xperia 5 III features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Moto G100, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1 TB, the Xperia 5 III also has 256 GB internal memory. The Motorola Moto G100 has a bit better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 5 III, because it has an 11% bigger battery capacity.
