The Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is slightly better than the Motorola One 5G's 84.6 overall score. The Xperia 5 III construction is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Motorola One 5G, although both of them were released with only a couple months difference. The Xperia 5 III counts with a little faster processor than Motorola One 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 5 III also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
