Sony Xperia 5 III is much better than OPPO Find X2 Neo, with a 90.5 score against 77.7. Although Sony Xperia 5 III is a bit thicker than OPPO Find X2 Neo, it's just a little lighter and also newer. These phones have Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 5 III has a newer 11 version and OPPO Find X2 Neo has Android 10 version, so it provides some extra features.
The Xperia 5 III has a bit superior processing unit than OPPO Find X2 Neo, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The OPPO Find X2 Neo features just a bit better display than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit worse count of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite bigger screen.
The OPPO Find X2 Neo captures a bit better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor offering a worse image quality and lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the OPPO Find X2 Neo also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels.
Xperia 5 III counts with a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than OPPO Find X2 Neo, and although they both have equal 256 GB internal storage, the Xperia 5 III also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Sony Xperia 5 III has just a bit better battery life than OPPO Find X2 Neo, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4025mAh.
