Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is much better than Galaxy A20s's 77 score. These devices work with the same Android 11 OS. The Xperia 5 III body is newer and just a little bit lighter, but just a little thicker than Galaxy A20s. The Xperia 5 III features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 5 III also has a larger amount of RAM.
