Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A50s's 86.6 score. Xperia 5 III is a newer cellphone than the Galaxy A50s, although it's a bit thicker and a little heavier. Both phones we are comparing here work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 5 III has the newer 11 version while Galaxy A50s has Android 10, providing the user some nice extra features.
Xperia 5 III features a little better processing power than Galaxy A50s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 5 III also has 2 GB more RAM. The Sony Xperia 5 III features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A50s, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2520px resolution and a little more pixels per screen inch.
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A50s, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB and 128 GB more internal memory. Galaxy A50s shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a tinier camera sensor offering a lower image quality, slower 30 fps video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy A50s also counts with a lot better resolution camera.
Xperia 5 III features just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy A50s, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
