Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is much better than Galaxy M20's 78.9 global score. The Xperia 5 III body is newer, a little thinner and just a bit lighter than Galaxy M20. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 5 III has 11 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10.
