Comparison review
The Galaxy S21 has an overall score of 91.8, which is a bit better than the Sony Xperia 5 III's 90.5 score. The Galaxy S21 design is a bit thinner but just a little bit heavier than the Sony Xperia 5 III, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. Both devices in this comparison review use the same Android 11 OS, so they should give you all the same OS features.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a processing unit that is just as good as the processor in Xperia 5 III, both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM amount. Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with just a bit better looking display than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a quite inferior amount of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger display.
The Xperia 5 III has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB. The Sony Xperia 5 III features just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy S21, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Xperia 5 III takes a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S21, and although they both have the same video resolution and a same resolution camera, the Xperia 5 III also has better 120 fps video frame rate, a bigger diafragm aperture and a larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality.
