Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a global score of 92.3, which is a bit better than Xperia 5 III's general score of 90.5. Both phones in our current comparison have the same Android 11 OS. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and Xperia 5 III were released only 8 months apart, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G's design is a bit heavier but somewhat thinner.
Sony Xperia 5 III counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2520 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater display pixels density. Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a bit better CPU than Xperia 5 III. They have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
The Xperia 5 III counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xperia 5 III also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Xperia 5 III has greater battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because it has a 36% greater battery size.
Sony Xperia 5 III shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and although they both have the same video quality and a 12 megapixels resolution back camera, the Sony Xperia 5 III also has a bigger aperture, faster 120 fps video frame rate and a way bigger camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photos.
