The Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is better than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium's score of 79.8. Xperia 5 III's body is newer and somewhat lighter than Sony Xperia XZ Premium's, although it is also just a little thicker. The Xperia 5 III features a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 5 III also has a higher amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a much better looking screen than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixels quantity per inch of screen and a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840.
