Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has a global score of 90.5, which is better than the vivo X70 Pro's 78.3 score. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should offer very similar OS features. The Xperia 5 III body is just a little lighter but a little thicker than the vivo X70 Pro, and both were only released with a couple of months difference.
Vivo X70 Pro has a little bit better performance than Sony Xperia 5 III, and although they both have the same number of cores, the vivo X70 Pro also has more RAM memory. Sony Xperia 5 III has a little bit better looking display than vivo X70 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and a just a bit better screen pixel density.
Xperia 5 III counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than vivo X70 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xperia 5 III also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The vivo X70 Pro and Sony Xperia 5 III feature incredibly similar batteries performance, although the vivo X70 Pro has 4450mAh of battery capacity.
Vivo X70 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xperia 5 III, because although it has lower 60 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have a F1.7 camera aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the vivo X70 Pro also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor and a lot more MP back-facing camera.
