Galaxy M31s is a bit better than Xperia 5, having an 88 score against 81. Even though the Galaxy M31s is newer than Xperia 5, it is heavier and somewhat thicker. Xperia 5 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy M31s. They have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
