The Motorola DROID Turbo takes much clearer photos and videos than Xperia E4g, because it has a lot more megapixels back camera and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Motorola DROID Turbo is a bit more expensive than Xperia E4g, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
