The Sony Xperia PRO-I is better than Sony Xperia 1 V, getting a 96.3 score against 82.7. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Sony Xperia PRO-I has the previous 11 version and Sony Xperia 1 V has Android 13 version. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Sony Xperia PRO-I is an older, somewhat heavier and a bit thicker cellphone than Sony Xperia 1 V.
Sony Xperia PRO-I has a much powerful CPU than Xperia 1 V. Both have a Octa-Core CPU and a 12 GB RAM memory. The Xperia PRO-I has a little sharper screen than Xperia 1 V. Both of them have a display with the same size, the same screen pixels density and an equal resolution of 1644 x 3840. Xperia PRO-I features a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia 1 V, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
The Sony Xperia 1 V shoots much better pictures and videos than Xperia PRO-I, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia 1 V also has a lot larger sensor taking way better quality videos and pictures, a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light photos and a much higher 48 MP resolution camera.
The Xperia 1 V features just a little better battery performance than Sony Xperia PRO-I, because it has an 11% more battery size.
