The Sony Xperia PRO is much better than the Motorola Edge 40, having a 94.3 score against 77.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Sony Xperia PRO has 10 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version. The Sony Xperia PRO construction is incredibly older, heavier and thicker than Motorola Edge 40.

Sony Xperia PRO counts with a much faster processing unit than Motorola Edge 40. Both have the same number of cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. The Xperia PRO features a bit sharper display than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Xperia PRO also has a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a much greater pixel count per display inch.

The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a much better camera than Sony Xperia PRO, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a back facing camera with way more MP, a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photos and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

Xperia PRO counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 512 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Motorola Edge 40 features just a little bit longer battery duration than Xperia PRO, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
