HTC U11 is a little bit better than the Xperia XA1 Ultra, getting a 77.6 score against 72.8. The HTC U11 body is a bit thinner and lighter than Xperia XA1 Ultra, even though both were only released with a couple months difference. The HTC U11 features a brighter screen than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
HTC U11 has just a bit better performance than Xperia XA1 Ultra. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and 8 cpu cores. HTC U11 captures much better photos and videos than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor taking less light and dull colors and a back-facing camera with lot less mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited environments.
The HTC U11 counts with a better memory for apps and games than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. HTC U11 features a little better battery lifetime than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
