The Galaxy Note3 is just a bit better than Xperia XA1 Ultra, having a 77.7 score against 72.8. Although the Galaxy Note3 is extremely older and a little thicker than the Xperia XA1 Ultra, it's design is still lighter. The Galaxy Note3 and Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra both count with extremely similar displays, because although the Galaxy Note3 has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a quite better screen pixels density.
Galaxy Note3 features a bit more memory capacity to install games and applications than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has an external SD slot that holds up to 64 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. Xperia XA1 Ultra features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note3, because it has a larger number of 2300 megahertz cores and 1 GB more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note3 captures a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia XA1 Ultra, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light photography and videos, a lot smaller camera sensor capturing much worse quality photographs and videos and a back-facing camera with a way lower 13 megapixels resolution.
