The Galaxy S10 5G is way better than Xperia XA1 Ultra, having a 93.6 score against 72.8. Even though the Galaxy S10 5G is a little heavier than the Xperia XA1 Ultra, it's just a bit thinner and also much newer. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G features a sharper display than Xperia XA1 Ultra, because it has a much better resolution of 1440 x 3040px, a better pixel count per inch of screen and a quite bigger screen.

Galaxy S10 5G features just a bit better processing power than Xperia XA1 Ultra, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S10 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G features a much longer battery life than Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 2700mAh.
