The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a global score of 77.8, which is a little bit better than the Xperia XA1's 71.7 general score. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s construction is noticeably newer than the Xperia XA1's, but it is a lot heavier and somewhat thicker. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a better screen than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has a bigger display, a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a higher screen pixels density.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a bit better CPU than Xperia XA1, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has 3 GB more RAM memory. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xperia XA1, because it has a larger aperture for better photography and video in low light situations, a larger back camera sensor, a camera with lot more mega-pixels and a way higher (4K) video quality.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xperia XA1, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a much better battery performance than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has a 117 percent larger battery size.
Although Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Sony Xperia XA1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia XA1. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), else you can save a couple dollars and get the Sony Xperia XA1, letting go some features and specifications.
