The Xperia XA1 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a F2 camera aperture and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xperia XA1 also has a back facing camera with much more MP.
The Sony Xperia XA1 has a quite bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Google Nexus 6, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 256 GB.
