Comparison review

Galaxy S6 Edge is better than the Xperia XA1, with a overall score of 85.7 against 71.7. Galaxy S6 Edge's design is just a bit lighter and a little thinner than Xperia XA1, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. The Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit faster processor than Sony Xperia XA1, and although they both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a 64-bits processor and an additional GPU.

Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a way better looking display than Xperia XA1, because it has a bit bigger screen, a lot better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a way better quantity of pixels per inch of display. Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a better storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia XA1, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

Xperia XA1 takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light captures, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XA1 also counts with a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality videos and photographs.

Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has 2600mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xperia XA1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xperia XA1. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xperia XA1, resigning a couple features and specs.
