The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a a lot newer cellphone than Xperia XA1, although it's incredibly thicker and notably heavier. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a little better hardware performance than Xperia XA1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has an incredibly better looking screen than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has a little bit larger screen, way more pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XA1, because it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a way better battery life than Sony Xperia XA1, because it has a 96 percent bigger battery capacity. The Xperia XA1 takes greater photos and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a much tinier camera aperture which is not nice for shooting pictures and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Xperia XA1 also counts with a much more megapixels camera in the back and a larger back camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures.
Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Sony Xperia XA1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Sony Xperia XA1. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Sony Xperia XA1, letting go a couple features and specs.
