The Xperia Z5 is a bit better than the Xperia XA1, having a global score of 77.6 against 71.7. The Xperia Z5 body is a bit thinner than Xperia XA1, but it is a little bit heavier and was released around 20 months before. The Xperia Z5 counts with a little better processing power than Xperia XA1, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia Z5 also has a graphics processor.
