Despite being the best device in this comparison review, Sony Xperia XZ Premium is an a bit thicker and heavier device than Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a processor that is just as good as the Sony Xperia XZ Premium one, and although the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a brighter display than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a same size display, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a greater pixels count in each inch of screen and a lot higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution.
