Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro is slightly better than the Xperia XZ Premium, having a general score of 81.4 against 79.8. Huawei P20 Pro's design has the same thickness than the Xperia XZ Premium, but it is a little bit lighter. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a processing unit that is just as good as the Xperia XZ Premium one, and although the Huawei P20 Pro has more RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Xperia XZ Premium features an incredibly better looking screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a lot higher screen pixel density. Huawei P20 Pro features a superior camera than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a larger aperture, a much higher 40 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a much larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher photo and video quality.
The Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB. Huawei P20 Pro counts with longer battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
