Comparison review
LG G8X ThinQ is slightly better than Xperia XZ Premium, having a general score of 82.7 against 79.8. Even though LG G8X ThinQ is a lot newer than the Xperia XZ Premium, it is just a bit heavier and just a bit thicker. LG G8X ThinQ counts with a bit faster processing unit than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have 8 cores, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Xperia XZ Premium has an incredibly better looking display than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a way better display density. LG G8X ThinQ counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8X ThinQ has superior battery performance than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3230mAh. Sony Xperia XZ Premium takes just a bit better photos and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low light photography and lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures and a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
