Comparison review

The Xperia XZ Premium is a bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Play, having a 79.8 score against 76.7. Even though the Xperia XZ Premium is a lot older than the Motorola Moto G9 Play, it's construction is somewhat thinner and a bit lighter. Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much more vibrant screen than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 2160 x 3840px resolution and a way better display density.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto G9 Play. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. Motorola Moto G9 Play features a little bit more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G9 Play also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB.

Moto G9 Play counts with a very superior battery performance than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The Motorola Moto G9 Play shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same video definition, the Motorola Moto G9 Play also has better 60 frames per second video frame rates, a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photos, a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality.
