Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is much better than Xperia XZ Premium's global score of 79.8. The Galaxy S21 Ultra construction is newer, but heavier and thicker than Xperia XZ Premium. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has a little smaller screen and a lot darker screen, it also counts with a much greater pixel quantity per inch in the display and a higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with just a bit better processing power than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
