Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a score of 88, which is better than Xperia XZ1's 78.3 score. Samsung Galaxy M31s's construction is noticeably newer, but notably heavier and noticeably thicker than the Xperia XZ1. The Galaxy M31s's CPU is very similar to the Xperia XZ1 one, and although the Galaxy M31s has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
Xperia XZ1 has just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixel density. Sony Xperia XZ1 features just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy M31s has a better camera than Sony Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy M31s also has a lot larger sensor which provides a much better image and video quality, a camera in the back with a way better resolution and a bigger aperture.
