Comparison review
The LG V30 is just a bit better than Xperia XZ2, with a 79.1 score against 79.1. Even though the LG V30 and the Xperia XZ2 were only released 7 months apart, the LG V30 is lighter and much thinner. Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a bit more powerful processor than LG V30. Both have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a little sharper display than LG V30, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a little worse screen pixel density. The Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a bit better camera than LG V30, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light images, and they both have the same video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also counts with a much bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality, a camera with a higher 19 mega-pixels resolution and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
LG V30 features a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG V30 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG V30 counts with a bit longer battery life than Xperia XZ2, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
