Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is just a bit better than Xperia XZ3's 79.6 overall score. Samsung Galaxy M31 is a newer device, and it is also thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Xperia XZ3. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M31 has 11 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Xperia XZ3 features a bit better looking display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more screen brightness, a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and more pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy M31 features as much storage to store more apps and games as the Xperia XZ3, both have equal 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB.
The Xperia XZ3 has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy M31, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Galaxy M31 has a really longer battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 6000mAh battery size. Samsung Galaxy M31 has a better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a lot better resolution camera in the back, a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in low-light situations.
