Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a global score of 88, which is much better than Sony Xperia XZ3's 79.6 general score. Samsung Galaxy M31s's construction is newer and a bit thinner, but also a little heavier than Sony Xperia XZ3. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M31s has an older 11 version and Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with a better display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a better 1440 x 2880 resolution. The Galaxy M31s has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Galaxy M31s also has 64 GB more internal memory.
The Xperia XZ3 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M31s, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a superior camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a lot larger sensor providing a much better image quality, a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels and a bigger camera aperture.
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a really longer battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3330mAh.
