Comparison review
Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than the Xperia XZ1, having a 79.6 score against 78.3. The Xperia XZ3 design is newer than Xperia XZ1's, but it's somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with just a little better processing power than Sony Xperia XZ1. Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with a more vivid display than Xperia XZ1, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a bigger screen. Sony Xperia XZ1's camera is just as good as Xperia XZ3's camera, both of them have the same (4K) video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same resolution back camera, a 0.43 inches camera sensor and a same size aperture.
Xperia XZ1 counts with a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ1 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has greater battery performance than Xperia XZ1, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity instead of 2700mAh.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs more than the Sony Xperia XZ1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Sony Xperia XZ1. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ1, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
