Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is much better than the Xperia Z2a, having an 82.1 score against 73. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a thinner but heavier device than the Xperia Z2a. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z2a has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you some nice extra features and performance tweaks.
