Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a general score of 81.7, which is better than the Sony Xperia Z2a's 73 global score. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a incredibly thinner but a bit heavier device than Sony Xperia Z2a. Both devices we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a more recent 5.0 version while Sony Xperia Z2a has Android 4.4.2 version, giving some extra features and performance improvements.
Galaxy Note Edge has a bit better performance than Xperia Z2a, and although they both have the same number of cores and 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a better 500 megahertz graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better display than Xperia Z2a, because it has a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, a little bit higher pixel count in each inch of screen and a little bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z2a, and although they both have an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a battery performance that is very similar to Sony Xperia Z2a's battery duration.
The Galaxy Note Edge takes clearer photos and videos than Xperia Z2a, although it has a tinier sensor taking less light and dull colors, a back-facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The Galaxy Note Edge is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z2a, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
