Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s has an overall score of 76.4, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Z2a's general score of 73. The Xiaomi Mi 5s is a somewhat lighter and much thinner phone than Sony Xperia Z2a. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 5s has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Sony Xperia Z2a has Android 4.4.2, so it provides some additional features.
The Sony Xperia Z2a features a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia Z2a also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Xperia Z2a features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Xperia Z2a also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with much more storage to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z2a, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Mi 5s captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Z2a, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a back camera with a lot worse 12 mega pixels resolution, they both have a 0.43 inches sensor.
Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Xperia Z2a, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it is more expensive than Xperia Z2a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z2a. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 5s, else you can save some dollars and buy the Xperia Z2a, letting go some features and specs.
