Xperia Z5 Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than the HTC U Ultra's global score of 77. The Xperia Z5 Premium body has the same thickness than HTC U Ultra, but it's a little heavier. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with more processing cores (although slower) and an additional graphics co-processor.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a way better display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixel amount per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px. The Xperia Z5 Premium features a little bit better camera than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rate, the same diafragm aperture and a same size back-facing camera sensor, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution.

HTC U Ultra features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal memory. Xperia Z5 Premium has a little better battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 14% more battery capacity.
