Xperia Z5 Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 20's 79.5 general score. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xperia Z5 Premium is an notably older phone than Huawei Mate 20, but Sony was able to make it just a bit lighter and a little bit thinner.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a much sharper screen than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 3840 x 2160px resolution and a much higher display pixels density.
