The Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is better than Xperia Z5 Premium's global score of 79.8. Even though Huawei P40 Pro is notably newer than the Xperia Z5 Premium, it is thicker and heavier. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P40 Pro has the newer 10 version and Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1, so it gives a lot of extra features and optimized performance.
The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a way better looking display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher screen pixels density and a much higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px.
