Comparison review

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a score of 80.3, which is a bit better than the Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 score. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android operating system, but the Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a more recent 10 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, so it offers some nice extra features. Even though the Nokia 8 V 5G UW is newer than Xperia Z5 Premium, it is way heavier and somewhat thicker.

Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit faster CPU than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics processor. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a much more vibrant display than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a much greater display pixels density.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 32 GB more internal storage. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW captures better videos and photos than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a same size camera aperture, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a much more mega-pixels back camera, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has longer battery life than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a better device, it costs more money than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Nokia 8 V 5G UW, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, giving up a couple features and specs.
