Comparison review
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is better than the OnePlus 5T's global score of 69.5. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a way older, just a little thicker and heavier device than the OnePlus 5T. OnePlus 5T has a little faster processor than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 5T also counts with more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a much better looking screen than OnePlus 5T, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 and a way better screen pixels density. Xperia Z5 Premium takes a little bit better videos and photos than OnePlus 5T, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a larger back camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures and a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
OnePlus 5T has a bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit better battery duration than OnePlus 5T, because it has a 3430mAh battery capacity.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Xperia Z5 Premium is also cheaper than the OnePlus 5T, which makes this phone a simple decision.
